1/2 tsp glucomannan (konjac powder – in blend)
1/2 tsp acacia fiber (in blend)
1/2 tsp psyllium husk (in blend)
Optional:
– 1/4 tsp ginger powder or fresh mint
– 1 tsp lemon juice or lemon zest
– Monkfruit or erythritol (to taste, if needed, Monkfruit is sweeter)
